The solution
Analysis and Repair Center (ARC) gathers all relevant information in one place based on RStation engine. ARC allows technicians access to all data needed in order to analyze root causes of failures and report correctly to the quality systems.
ARC uses different interfaces (such as: WebService, APIs, Files, DB connections etc.) in order to gather all relevant information from multiple systems by way of simple requests (Product Name, Part ID, Serial # etc).
